These scanner recordings occurred Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

There was a report of a fight in progress. SPD responded to the scene and reported that this was just a party. No fight was found.

SFD was paged to the corner of Lingleville and Graham for a report of a trash dumpster that was smoking. The unit on the scene reported a trash dumpster that as full with no fire. They did spray water on the dumpster and cleared the scene.

SPD found an approximate two-year-old male child wandering around alone. Officers could not locate where the child came from. EMS was paged to the scene to check out the child. The child was taken to Stephenville ER and CPS was called and responded from Arlington Texas. The mother and father did make contact SPD later in the morning and responded to the hospital.

Update #2 for Friday 07/31/2020

These scanner recordings occurred during the day on Friday 07/31/20

There was a report of a vehicle that went thru a fence on US6 about 5 miles east of Dublin. EMS did respond to the scene to check out an infant that was in the vehicle. A wrecker was called to the scene.

There was a report of a minor traffic on CR340. A caller advised that the driver was out of the vehicle and did not look hurt. The caller did not stay at the scene but did state that the vehicle did look like it was not drivable. A deputy responded to the scene.

SPD received a report of a male subject sitting under a tree and drinking a bottle of wine. A witness stated that the subject passed out at one time and was seen crossing traffic. An officer responded to the scene.

There was a report of a male subject laying on the ground at a local gas station. The subject was reported to have a bottle with a yellow liquid in it. SPD responded to the scene and gave the subject a courtesy ride.

SPD received a report of a male subject that was walking his dog when another subject stopped him and told the first subject that his dog needed water. The subject that was walking the dog reportedly attempted to assault the subject that told him the dog needed water. The second subject called SPD and wanted the dog checked on.

These scanner recordings occurred between 10:00 Am Tuesday and 3:00 Am Wednesday.

There was a report of a verbal disturbance. A caller advised that a subject was being verbally offensive to them. A deputy responded to the scene.

There was a report of a dead pig in the road on FM219 just north of Lingleville. A Deputy responded to the scene and removed the animal from the roadway.

There was a report of a traffic hazard at the intersection of Northwest Loop and US377 near Tractor Supply. A caller advised that there was a cow leg in the roadway.

There was a traffic accident near Tangle Wood Pharmacy at 2445 Northwest loop. Two vehicles were and the roadway was reported to be partially blocked. No injuries were reported and EMS was not called. One subject was arrested for DWI. A wrecker was called.

Erath and Bluff Dale Fire have been paged to Moutain Lakes Subdivision to set up a landing zone for an air ambulance. EMS is on a medical call in the area and asked for a helo to transport a patient.

1:32 PM
Careflifgt 3 out of Granbury will respond. 13 minute ETA.

1;34 PM
Bluff Dale unit on the scene has canceled Erath. They reported that they can handle the landing zone.

1:49 PM
Careflight is on the ground.

2:03 PM
Careflight has lifted an is en route to Harris Methodist downtown.

These scanner recordings occurred between 9:00 AM Sunday Morning and 7:00 AM Monday Morning.

DPD arrested one subject for resisting arrest. After a trip to the Stephenville Hospital, there was a bonus trip to Erath County Jail.

There was a report of a female subject at a local store that was beating on vehicle windows and asking for money. Officers responded to the scene and reported that the subject had left the scene. Officers did locate the subject nearby.

EMS was paged to the Bosque Walking Trail at the City Park for a report of a male subject that was having severe cramps and sweating. EMS did clear the scene with no transport.

SPD received a call of two male juveniles that were peeing on a slide at the City Park. The caller advised that their daughter slid down the slide and well you know. The caller wanted the juveniles spoken to. SPD responded to the scene.

Update for Friday Afternoon

These scanner recordings occurred between 11:00 AM Friday and 2:30 PM Friday afternoon.

County

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident on US281 at the US6 intersection. The roadway was reported to be blocked. There were minor injuries reported and EMS did not transport with three patient refusals. One vehicle was a full-size pickup and the other was a TXDOT pickup with a small trailer attached to it.

There was a report of a traffic accident on US6 about three miles out of Dublin. This was near Cottonwood Church. The caller reported that the vehicle that caused the accident had left the scene. The vehicle was reported to be stopped on US6 near CR305. The driver was reported to have left the vehicle and ran across a field. Deputies responded to the scene and we’re looking for the subject. They did find the suspect and he was arrested for drunk driving.  He also had a suspended driver’s license. A wrecker was called for the vehicles the suspect left.

There was a minor traffic accident in the 2900 block of West Washington near Tractor Supply. Two vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported. The roadway was blocked for a short time. EMS was not called.

There was a report of a vehicle vs a bicycle at 1735 West South Loop. There were minor injuries reported. This was near the Pizza Place. EMS was called to the scene and did transport one patient to Stephenville ER.

This morning there was a report of a man who had his hand stuck in a lawnmower on CR 355 between Lingleville and Dublin. Erath, Lingleville, and Dublin First Responders were paged to the scene. Units arriving on the scene reported one male patient with his arm stuck in a lawnmower. The patient was able to be extracted and had a visit with Dublin EMS. More great work from our county first responders! Well Done!

These scanner recordings occurred between 10 AM Tuesday and 9:30 AM Wednesday morning.

There was a report of a domestic disturbance in the county. A male subject would not let a female leave the house. It was reported to be physical. A Deputy responded to the scene.

There was a report of a male subject that had fallen out of a moving pickup on CR386. EMS was paged to the scene. The patient stated that he had pain on his side and a few scratches. The patient was transported to the Stephenville ER.

Traffic Accident

(Accident) Report of a one-vehicle traffic accident on FM914 about 1-2 miles out of Stephenville. The report is one vehicle has overturned and is still running. First Responders are en route.

Unit 800 on the scene reports one vehicle upside down and thru a fence.

10:50 AM
The vehicle is reported to be unoccupied. Also, it is reported to be a gas leak coming from the vehicle.

10:52 AM
EMS has cleared the scene. There is not a patient.
