There was a report of a male subject who was holding two females at gunpoint in the P23 parking lot. The caller reported that they did see the gun and at one point the subject threatened to kill the reporting person. Officers responded to the location and detained one male subject. I did not hear of an arrest.

There was a report of a disturbance. A caller reported that a male and female were fighting and that the male subject took the female’s phone from her. Officers responded to the location.

There was a report of a minor traffic accident in front of HEB Grocery at 2150 Washington. No injuries were reported and the roadway was not blocked.

There was a report of a possible brush fire at the intersection of Forrest Lane and Thornhill. SFD responded to the location and reported three controlled burns that were located in the county. Units returned to the station.

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident with airbag deployment at 2565 West Washington. EMS was paged to the location to check on two elderly females and did leave the scene with no transport. Two wreckers were called.

A caller reported that they had heard a loud explosion on Vanderbilt Street. This turned out to be a cannon fire from a Tarleton game.

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident in the 2700 block of West Washington. A caller advised that this was near Murphy’s Gas Station and that airbags did deploy. Officers responded to the location and asked for EMS to respond and they did transport one patient to Stephenville ER. A wrecker was called.

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident on the northwest Loop near Allsups. The caller stated that the two drivers were yelling at each other. Officers responded to the scene and asked for EMS to respond and they did clear the scene with no transport. SFD department on the scene reported a two-vehicle rear-end collision. Two wreckers were called.
