There was a report of a vehicle that was parked in the roadway at the intersection of CR299 and CR258. A deputy responded to the location and arrested a subject for DWI Minor.

There was a report of a grass fire on CR518 near the Tarleton bonfire scene. This was reported to have been a small fire in the trees. One truck handled this fire.

There was a report of a brush fire on FM1188W. The caller reported that there was less than an acre that was on fire. Erath, Morgan Mill and Huckabay Fire were paged to the location. Units on the scene reported that there was about 25 acres that had already burned. A tanker was asked to respond and the fire was extinguished.

DPS conducted a traffic stop and arrested a subject for possession of a controlled substance PG1 under one.

EMS was paged to Legacy Hall for a male subject having a caffeine overdose. EMS did transport the patient to Stephenville ER.

There was a report of a fight in progress at Honeywell Hall on the second floor. Officers responded to the location and reported that one of the male subjects had left the scene. EMS was paged to the location to check a subject out and did leave with no transport.

There was a report of an intoxicated subject that was in the parking lot of Memorial Stadium. Officers responded to the scene and arrested two subjects for public intoxication. One of the subjects did have a warrant out of Odessa.

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of North Paddock and West Lingleville. EMS was paged to the location for a report of a passenger with a shoulder injury. There was reported airbag deployment. Oncor was notified of power pole damage. EMS did transport two patients to Stephenville ER. One driver was arrested for driving with a driver’s license invalid. Two wreckers were called.

There was a report of a theft that occurred at Family Dollar at 2029 West Washington. A blanket and an ice chest were stolen. The suspect had left the scene heading west on Washington Street. Officers responded to the location.

There was a report of a possible gas leak inside Hampton Inn on Harbin Drive. SFD was paged to the location. A caller advised that there was a strong smell of natural gas in the courtyard. Fire Units advised the caller to contact maintenance and cleared the scene.

There was a report of a physical disturbance that had occurred at Wal-Mart. A caller advised that a male subject had assaulted him in the parking lot. The suspect had already left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. The suspect was later located at another location and issued a Class C Citation for assault.

There was a report of a hit-and-run traffic accident that had occurred in front of Tractor Supply in the 2900 block of West Washington. The vehicle was reported leaving the scene heading toward Dublin. A deputy was able to locate the suspect vehicle near Dublin and issued a citation.

There was a report of a male subject on the Northwest Loop that threatening to fight other people. Officers responded to the location and reported that the subject had already left the scene.

EMS was paged to the Wal-Mart parking lot for a subject with a medical issue. EMS did leave the scene with no transport.
