There was a report of shots fired on US281S. A caller reported that the shots were loud enough to set off car alarms. A deputy responded to the area and did not locate the source.

There was a report of a vehicle that hit a tree in the roadway on CR132. A deputy and EMS were paged to the scene and reported that the vehicle had already left the scene but the tree was still in the roadway. The road commissioner was contacted to remove the tree.

There was a report of a two traffic vehicle traffic on US67N near CR481. Onstar called this in as a rear-end collision. Unit arriving on the scene reported two vehicles with heavy damage with the roadway partially blocked. EMS did transport one patient to Stephenville ER. Two wreckers were called for two pickup trucks.

BFD was paged to US377N for a report of a tree that was on fire near the Paluxy River. Units arriving on the scene reported a large tree on fire and that it was on the ground.
