These scanner calls occurred between 8:00 pm Friday and 8:00 pm Saturday
There was a report of a one-vehicle rollover on US377N of Bluff Dale at the county line. This was reported to be a pickup truck with entrapment. Erath and Hood County were both notified to respond. Erath County was later advised to cancel due to this accident being in Hood County.
County 1:30 pm
There was a report of a three-vehicle traffic accident on US377N toward Bluff Dale near CR474. The roadway was reported to have been blocked. A caller reported that it looked like the passengers were in shock but there were no apparent injuries. EMS arriving on the scene reported that everyone was out of the vehicles and did clear the scene with no transport. A wrecker was called.
Stephenville 10:40 pm
There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident in the 1100 block of West Lingleville Road with reported airbag deployment. One occupant did have a gash above the eye. Two wreckers were called.
There was a report of a hit and run accident that occurred near the Caravan Inn on US377. The caller reported that the vehicle left the scene heading west on the US377 loop and the vehicle had severe damage on the right side and was squealing as it left the scene. Officers responded and stated that the vehicle had lost a lot of fluid and that it was not going far. The vehicle was located at the Shell Station at the intersection of South Loop and Graham Street. The standard field sobriety test was conducted and the subject was arrested for DWI.
There was a report of a male that was passed out in a vehicle and that there were reported open containers in the vehicle. An officer responded and arrested the subject for public intoxication.
Stephenville 3:00 am
There was a report of a hit-and-run traffic accident that occurred at the intersection of Lydia and Tarleton Streets. The fleeing left the scene on Tarleton Street. An officer responded.
Stephenville 3:15 am
A caller reported that when they pulled up into a parking lot that a female subject in another vehicle mouthed call 911. Officers responded to the location and reported that this was a domestic disturbance between a male and a female. One male subject was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana under two ounces.
There was a report of a traffic accident in front of Wal-Mart on Washington Street. A caller reported that there were four vehicles involved. One passenger was complaining of head pain. EMS responded and did leave with no transport.
Officers were paged to Wal-Mart at 2565 West Washington for a report of disorderly conduct. A caller stated that there was a customer causing a scene. The male subject had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
