There was a report of a grass fire on PR974. Erath and Lingleville Fire were paged to the scene. Lingleville Unit 730 arriving on the scene reported that most of the fire was out and disregarded Erath Fire.

There was a report of a traffic hazard on Interstate 20 at mile marker 367. A camper shell of a pickup truck was in the eastbound lane. A deputy responded to the location.

There was a report of a theft. A deputy responded to the location. I did not hear the details of the theft.

There was a report of a minor one-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of Ollie and Vanderbilt Streets. No injuries were reported. SFD was paged to the scene for a report of smoke coming from the vehicle. Units did clear the scene and reported no fire. A wrecker was called.

There was a report of a disturbance. A caller advised that his girlfriend assaulted him. An officer responded to the location.

SFD was paged to the 200 block of North Clinton for a smoke investigation. A caller advised that someone was burning brush nearby. Fire units asked for an officer to respond to the location.

A caller advised that her son was acting up and kicking the windows in the backseat of a vehicle. The reporting person wanted an officer to speak to the child.

There was a minor two-vehicle traffic accident in the 2500 block of West Washington near Bills Lawnmower Shop. The roadway was blocked for a short time. A driver of one of the vehicles did ask for EMS to respond to check them out. EMS Unit 330 did transport two patients to Stephenville ER.
