There was a report of a pickup truck that was pulling a grain trailer on US6E of Dublin near CR248 that had its hitch break and the trailer left the roadway and hit a Sprint cable box and a fence. The roadway was not blocked and no injuries were reported. A trooper responded.

There was a report of a controlled burn that became out of control on PR1626 off of FM2481. Erath and Bluff Dale Fire were paged to the scene.

There was a report of a minor traffic accident on FM219 about two miles north of Lingleville. A caller reported that they struck a mule that was in the roadway. No injuries were reported. A trooper responded.

A caller reported that there were several subjects that jumped on his vehicle and damaged it as they were leaving a driveway in the county. The caller drove into Stephenville and wanted to talk to a deputy.

There was a report of a traffic accident on FM914 about one mile north of off FM847. A vehicle reportedly left the roadway. Erath and Harbin were paged to the location. A deputy on the scene reported that the driver was out and that there were no injuries. EMS did clear the scene with no transport. A trooper arrested the driver for DWI. A wrecker was called.

There was a report of a disturbance. A male reportedly had a shotgun and fired it at another male. Deputies responded to the location and arrested one subject for aggravated assault.

There was a report of criminal mischief. A caller advised that they stepped out of their apartment for about three minutes and when they returned that there was a hole in the wall and some items have been moved around. An officer responded.

There was a report of fraud. A caller advised that there expired debit card was used at a restaurant and the charge went thru. Two purchases were made online and were delivered. The restaurant did have the address but would not give that information out to the caller. Officers were able to locate the subject on the Tarleton campus.

SFD was paged to Super 8 Motel for a report of a fire alarm. This was reported to be a pull station activation. This turned out to be a false alarm. Fire units reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
