These scanner recordings occurred between Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

County 7:30 AM

There was a report of a one-vehicle traffic accident on US67N at CR183. Erath and Selden Fire were paged to the scene. Units arriving on the scene reported two vehicles off the roadway with moderate damage and that everyone was out. All traffic was shut down for a period of time. Erath Medic One did transport one patient to Stephenville ER.

There was a report of a traffic accident on FM914 at CR261. A vehicle struck a cow. The unit arriving on the scene reported one vehicle off the roadway on the westbound shoulder. The roadway was reported not to have been blocked and no injuries were reported.

There was a report of a hit and run accident that occurred in the parking lot near Wisdom Gym. A caller advised that they had seen a vehicle strike a parked vehicle and had left the scene. A TPD officer responded.

There was a report of a burglary. A caller reported that several items including a gun were stolen. An officer responded to take a report.

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident in the 2100 block of West Washington. This was near Family Dollar. One vehicle did take out a stop sign and hit a brick wall. Airbags were reported to have been deployed on one of the vehicles. EMS was paged to the scene and left with no transport. One wrecker was called.

SPD performed a traffic stop and arrested a male subject and a female subject for possession of meth and marijuana.

There was a report of a theft. A caller advised that they had seen a subject steal a pack of cigars from a convenience store. The reporting person was a customer. An officer responded to the location.

There was a report of a disturbance at an apartment complex on Lingleville Road. A caller advised that a subject walked up to his vehicle and punched and broke his side window and left the scene. Officers responded to the location.
