There was a report of a theft. A caller reported that a plasma cutter was stolen. A deputy took a report.

There was a report of animal cruelty. A caller advised that they witnessed a subject hit a cat with a pipe until it was dead. A deputy responded to the location and cleared the scene with no report.

There was a report of a vehicle in the medium on US377 between Stephenville and Dublin that was occupied by a female subject. Dublin PD and a deputy checked out the driver and requested Dublin EMS to respond. EMS did transport the female to Stephenville ER.

There was a report of harassment. A caller advised that he was being harassed while riding his bicycle on campus and wanted to speak to an officer.

There was a report of a threat. A caller advised that a family member was receiving threatening text messages and wanted to talk to an officer.

Officers arrested a male subject who had a warrant for criminal trespass. Charges were added after the subject arrived at the jail for POCS less that one ounce and a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

SPD performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of Wolfe Nursery Road and reported that there was an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and that a narcotic was found on the driver’s person. The officer cleared the scene with an offense report.

There was a report of a fight in progress on Shirley Street. A caller reported that three females were fighting. Officers responded to the location and located the subjects. No arrests were made.
