There was a report of a grass fire on Interstate 20 at mile marker 365 eastbound lane for a report of a grass fire on the side of the road. Erath and Huckaby Fire were paged to the scene.

There was a report of a domestic disturbance. A caller reported that a male subject hit a female in the head and that she was bleeding. These subjects were reported to be in a vehicle and the reporting person was following them. A deputy was able to locate the vehicle and arrested a male subject for assault family violence.

There was a report of a domestic disturbance. A caller reported that a female subject barged into the caller house and was threatening the caller. A Deputy responded and reported that the female has agreed to leave the house.

There was a report of a single-vehicle rollover on CR452. The caller advised that the driver was trapped in the vehicle and that it was upside down. EMS did leave the scene with no transport. A wrecker was called.

There was a report of a smell of marijuana in a room at Texas village and at Centennial Hall, and a report of a subject taking alcohol into Legends Hall. TPD responded to all reports.

There was a report of a theft at Wal-Mart. Theft Prevention had a female subject detained for theft of under $100. An officer responded.

There was a report of a hit and run two-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of West Washington and North Lillian Streets. The caller reported that one of the vehicle doors would not open and the driver could not get. One of the vehicles reportedly had left the scene before SPD could arrive.

There was a report of a vehicle that struck a house. The caller advised that a male family member had run a vehicle into the caller’s house and left the scene. It was reported that there were several yards that the subject drove thru as well. Officers were able to locate the vehicle at Allsups Convenience Store on West Washington and arrested the subject for DWI. The subject did have prior convictions for DWI and for driving under the influence of liquor. Officers drove the route the vehicle took and reported no damage except for the house. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.

There was a report of a male subject who was at the Allsups Convenience Store on the Northwest Loop who was telling the clerk that they needed to lock everyone outside. Offers responded to the scene and gave the subject a verbal warning to leave the store.

There was a report of a theft of beer at Allsups 2725 West Washington. A caller advised that a subject came into the store and grabbed a case of beer and took off running. The suspect reportedly got get into a vehicle and left the scene in an unknown direction of travel. Officers responded to the location. Identifiers on the subject were reported to be a male wearing a black hat a black mask a gray marble t-shirt and blue jeans. The suspect left the scene in either a pickup or SUV with a searchlight on top.

There was a report of criminal mischief. A caller advised that her former boyfriend came by her apartment and broke her car door handle and threw and something at her car window. The subject also charged her when she would not open the door. The suspect did leave the scene before officers could arrive.
