These scanner recordings occurred Thursday day thru Friday morning

EMS was paged to Sure Point at 2108 West Washington. There was a male subject that needed to be airlifted out to Fort Worth. Erath EMS transported the patient to Clark Field to meet Air Evac. The helo lifted and was en route to Harris downtown.

County 6:38 AM

There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident on US67N near SH220. No injuries were reported and the roadway was blocked. Erath and Selden were paged to the scene. Two wreckers were called.

County 4:45 AM

There was a report of a traffic accident and I did not get the location. Dublin EMS arrived on the scene and reported that there was one vehicle on its side. I did not hear of any injuries. DPS did ask for a rotation wrecker.

SFD was paged to 201 Morgan Mill Road. This was near the Allsups Store. A caller reported that there was a black wire coming from the ground. Units on the scene reported that this was just trash and disposed of the wire.

There was a two-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of West Frey and North Dale Streets. No injuries were reported and the roadway was reported to be blocked. SPD responded.

EMS was paged to Stephenville Library for a report of a female subject that was fixing to pass out. The patient was transported to the Stephenville ER.

There was a report of criminal mischief. A caller advised that a subject busted out a windshield with a chain. The caller advised that the subject still had the chain in their hand and possibly had altered mental status. SPD responded to the scene and located the subject. I Did not hear any more on this call.

There was a report of a hit and run accident that occurred in the last couple of days somewhere on campus. TPD took a report.

There was a report of a disturbance. A caller advised that a male subject was walking in their backyard and was trying to get into the caller’s house. The caller advised that they could hear the chain break on the back door. SPD responded to the scene and located the subject. I did not hear any more on this call.

There was a report of road rage. A caller advised that another vehicle was driving around their vehicle front and back. When they got to a red light the other driver pulled alongside and cussed out and flipped off the caller. The caller wanted to talk to an officer.

SFD was paged to the Edge Apartments at 1136 West Washington twice for a report of a pull station alarm. This is the new apartments that are being built next to Sonic. The alarm company called and reported that everything was fine. Fire Units returned to the station.

There was a report of fraud. A caller advised that they ordered packages on eBay and that their account was hacked and the address was changed for delivery. The caller wanted to talk to an Officer.

There was a report of an assault at Roadway Inn. A caller advised that they could hear a male subject beating up a female. The caller advised that the female subject came out of the room and asked the callers for help. The female was able to make it the motel’s office. The male subject was arrested for Assault Class A Family Violence.

There was a report of an assault that had occurred. A male subject reportedly assaulted a female and the female had herself locked in the bathroom. SPD responded to the scene. I did not hear any more on this call.

In this day of cell phones and laptop computers installed in vehicles sometimes I don’t get to hear the completion of calls.
