County 12:30 PM
There was a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of US281 and US6 near Hico. Erath Selden and Hico Fire were paged to the scene. The unit on the scene reported two vehicles with moderate damage and reported that everyone was out. One vehicle was reported to be in a ditch. I did not hear of any injuries.
There was a report of a minor two-vehicle traffic accident on Washington Street in front of the new Wendy’s Restaurant. No injuries were reported and the roadway was not reported to be blocked.
SPD performed a traffic stop and arrested one subject for a controlled substance.
Stephenville 7:00 AM
There was a report of a three-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of South Loop and East Road. One patient was complaining of neck and back pain. The eastbound lanes were reported to be blocked. EMS on the scene reported that all occupants were out of the vehicles. EMS unit 329 did transport one patient to Stephenville ER. Wreckers were called.
SPD received a report of a door that had been torn off at a business. A caller advised that the door was missing and that they had his vehicle lights pointed at the door. SPD responded to the scene and secured the building.
There was a report of a female subject that was refusing to leave a business. The caller advised that the subject had been wandering the store for hours and would not leave when asked. SPD responded to the scene.
