These scanner calls occurred thru out the day on Tuesday.

There was a report of a hit and run that occurred. A caller advised that his vehicle was rear-ended and the suspect vehicle left the scene. The driver of the suspect vehicle did show back up to the scene.

There were two separate calls for a report of animals inside a building. One business had a bat trapped inside a store and the other had a trapped squirrel.  And there was another call of a fox in a backyard.

There was a report of a prowler in the city. A caller advised that someone attempted to open a front door of their residence and left. SPD responded to the scene and did not locate the suspect.

SPD performed a traffic stop and arrested a subject for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under one gram. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.
