These scanner calls occurred thru out Christmas Day.

SPD was paged to a location in the city for a report of a disturbance. Officers on the scene reported that they witness a verbal argument. The subjects were separated.

SPD was paged to an apartment complex in the city for a report of a disturbance. One subject was arrested for a violation of an emergency protective order.

There was a report of a two-year-old child that was locked in a vehicle. SPD and wrecker service responded to the scene and the door was opened.

SPD received a call of possible shots fired on Lydia Street. Officers on the scene reported that a door was open at the residence. Officers did clear the house and backyard with nothing found.

SPD received a report of a disturbance in the city. A male subject reportedly struck a female. Officers responded to the scene and located the subject. I did not hear of an arrest.

There was a report of a vehicle that ran thru a fence in the early morning hours on FM219S. A caller advised that there were several items that were left at the scene of the accident but the vehicle was gone. Some of the items were windows, tools, and papers left at the scene. DPS responded to the scene and received enough information to locate the vehicle at another location. The driver of the vehicle was not at the location.

DPS performed a traffic stop and arrested a subject for possession under two ounces. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.

EMS was paged to US281S to meet an incoming vehicle that had a one-year-old male child with a medical issue. EMS was able to meet up with the vehicle at the rest area on US281 and transported the patient to Stephenville ER.
